Business Policies & Terms:

Payment is required in full before shipment. All sales of natural and reclaimed building materials are final, no returns accepted. Payment by bank transfer (check) through QuickBooks is preferred. Credit Card Admin fees will apply.

Shipment of timbers and large bundles of siding or flooring requires you to have equipment on-site to unload. There are no exceptions to this policy.

The Revival Projects will not be held liable for any timbers that fail structurally or are installed improperly. Structural ratings are available.
